Effective Date: June 15, 2026Welcome to Vitrine. By downloading, installing, or using the Vitrine mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is concluded between you and the Vitrine Team, and not with Apple Inc.1. Incorporation of Apple’s Standard EULA
Your use of the App is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in Apple's Standard EULA, which can be found officially at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/2. Premium Subscriptions & Billing
Vitrine offers access to its core features through auto-renewable premium subscription plans:
Subscription Tiers: Weekly Subscription ($5.00 USD / week) and Annual Subscription ($60.00 USD / year).
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscriptions at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.3. User Content & Data Ownership
You retain absolute ownership of all content, including photos you import, clothing assets you isolate, and outfit combinations you render within the App.
Vitrine claims no ownership rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the images you import do not violate any third-party copyrights or privacy rights.4. Intellectual Property
All application layouts, branding elements, software designs, animations, and the "Vitrine" name and logo are the intellectual property of the Vitrine Team. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App's code or interface designs.5. Limitation of Liability
Vitrine provides its services on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a seamless digital wardrobe experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or flawless background removal accuracy across all types of clothing materials or images.6. Contact Information

Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 15, 2026Vitrine ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Vitrine mobile application for iOS.
1. No Account Registration & Anonymous Use
Vitrine does not require any account creation, login, or registration. You can use the application completely anonymously. We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number during app usage.
2. On-Device AI Processing & Photo Storage
Your privacy regarding your personal images is absolute:
On-Device Vision AI: All subject lifting, background removal, and clothing "sticker" isolation are processed strictly on your local device using Apple’s native Vision Framework. No images are sent to external servers for image processing.
Storage: All photos you take, upload, or isolate, as well as the outfits you render, are stored directly on your iOS device and your personal private iCloud storage. We do not own, operate, or maintain any external cloud storage for your images, and we have zero access to your wardrobe data.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide core subscription functionality, crash reporting, and basic performance diagnostics, Vitrine utilizes the following third-party SDKs:
RevenueCat: Used securely to manage subscription states, verify purchases, and process entitlements anonymously.
Firebase (Google Analytics & Crashlytics): Used to collect anonymous telemetry, track application stability, and deliver push notifications. No personally identifiable information (PII) or user photos are shared with these services.
4. Data Security
Since your data resides entirely on your device and your personal iCloud account, the security of your wardrobe data is safeguarded by Apple’s secure iOS sandbox environment and iCloud encryption standards.
